Chapter 11 -- Idea Box

I did this exercise with a challenge in mind and go through the steps. Then I found out I misunderstand the process by only listing the attributes, not the variations in the attributes. I was watching a really emotional video, when I was doing the exercise. It was suppose to help me get in the zone. However the video was too catchy and I couldn't focus on doing the exercise.

The next day(today), I decide to use "Idea Box" to solve a much more practical problem -- what I should do for my second animation homework. I list four attributes: materials, size, color, environments and the variations. I think the environments part is the hardest to decide. I have table, hole in the earth and domino. Then it crosses my mind that why I did not think of table, hole and domino can work together in one scene. I make a table with a hole in it, so i can show the motion of ball falling from the hole to the ground... not super, but still better than the ideas I had before. This time I'm doing the exercise in labs. It's easier for me to get into the work mode in labs. Through I was distracted by Sun Tsu's quote and post something about him...
